1.How to deal with trading disputes
（1）The transaction is not completed after 30 minutes.The buyer and seller may lodge a complaint.
（2）Lodge a Complaint:Btcwinex->OTC->Order.Select the disputed order to enter the page, click the “Complain” button, upload and submit the appeal information.Waiting for customer service.
（3）Customer service shall handle complaints according to the evidence and transaction records provided by both parties.
（4）Please keep in touch during the complaint process.Loss due to failure of communication,it is the responsibility of transaction party.
（5）Before the complaint is completed, the buyer and seller can supplement the information.
（6）During the complaint, both the buyer and seller can give up the complaint, and the waiver loses the case.
（7）If the seller wins, the platform unlocks the seller's currency, and the order is marked as cancelled.
（8）If the buyer wins, the platform transfers the seller's frozen currency to the buyer's account, and the order is marked as completed.
（9）After the complaint is completed (completed or cancelled), the platform no longer accepts the complaint.
2.Complaint processing time
When the buyer and seller have a complaint, the platform will accept it within 24 hours ,and complete the processing within 3 working days.
